What does it mean if I’m 18, 253 lbs, 6’1 and able to touch my toes?
After a warm up, I can touch my toes with my legs firmly straight. Also I can push all the leg machines’ weights at the gym, one of them is 400lbs that’s 180kgs.

Ok, this is common sense, your strong and the main reason is because your fat. You have a lot of fat in you. And the reason why you can touch your toes is because your flexible, not all people can do that…
