How the Weights Help You to Loose Weight

If you are aiming to loose weight its better to take help of the cardio exercises such as walking or running or heavier exercise workouts. Weight can only be lost if one burns more calories than he takes in. So it’s important for you to burn more of your calories, no matter how you do it. It can be by any workout or any kind of exercise.

Lifting weights can be a very helpful technique that would lead you to burn your fats and loosing weight. For lifting heavier weights you would need to exert more energy and your muscles will have to do more work, this would make you burn more of your energy hence making you to loose weight with the help of using heavier weights. Here are some of the very basic exercises that use weight to shape your body and make you loose your excess weight:

Twenty-One: This exercise method is actually the training exercise that makes you to carry out 21 reps per set. It helps to give your body an amazing pump. As it requires you to carry out 21 continuous repetitions, it helps to burn more of your fats and your calories and such a heavy workout makes you to loose weight more quickly. This method of loosing weight works due to more repetitions and the weight used.

Dumbbell Exercise For The Chest: You need to lie on a flat bench and hold dumbbells over your chest. Hold the dumbbells of enough weight that would only let you complete 5 repetitions. Keeping your arms bent, slowly lower the dumbbells in an arching shape. Complete these repetitions and take a break for the next set. This exercise helps not only to shape your chest muscles but also to tone your abdominal muscles. As you carry heavier dumbbells, it makes your lower body to provide more energy to your chest to lift them up. This ensures that your lower body fats are held in use and this helps to burn those fats hence leading to a loss in your weight

These two exercises clearly show how putting on more weight in he normal barbells and lifting heavier dumbbells can make you loose weight. You can use heavier weights on any of the else exercises and help yourself to loose weight. Here are some exercises which carried out with heavier weights would make you to loose your excess weight:
