Workout System
Has anybody tried using the P90X workout system. How good is it, are you getting any results?
The results are awesome and the videos are so much fun. Hmmm….well extreme, hard, killer, but fun if you are in to this kind of thing. I’m obsessed. I did my first 90 days, moved on to P90x+ and have been doing different hybrid routines b/w P90x and P90x+ for a year now and I’m still constantly getting more ripped and stronger.
But it will give you whatever results you are looking for. Just look at the countless success stories on the web. Everyone who does it, and does it correctly (there’s a BIG difference) sees amazing results. With that said, be sure to order it from beachbody or a beachbody coach so that you get everything that you need. You may think you found it cheaper somewhere else, but something is always missing.
Well, just do it and do it like it’s meant to be done and you’ll love it.
