Is Bob Sapp in the wrong sport ?
I have been a boxing fan for over 50 years, but the sport of Muay Thai, kickboxing is relatively new to me. I did, however, see the Sapp-Hoost fight . I don’t think anybody can really deny that Bob Sapp is incredibly big & strong and is also, I’m sure, a great powerlifter. It appears that he has virtually no defense or stamina, a suspect chin & slaps at his opponents rather than actually throwing a punch ( he also doesn’t appear to ever throw combinations ).I recall seeing Superfoot Walace years ago & although Sapp seems to be able to knee his opponent,,It would probably take a crane to get Sapp to kick or extend his leg like Wallace used to.–Having made the above comments, My question is—-: Is Sapp in the wrong sport ? And, if so, what sport(s) ( other than weightlifting or wrestling ) would be better suited for Sapp ?
yes due to playing football he has limited lateral monement fyther decreased by severly damaged kness he was a exceptional college player drafted very high then the kness started to tear and like all pro sports he tried or was ordered to play well before knees were ready bobby orr still is the best hockey player ever with a different team his knees would have lasted instead of a limited 7 year carrer we would have seen play until 40 then there would be no debate
