A good way to burn fat and build muscle?
I haven’t lifted in about three months, but since summer is coming my friend and I want to start lifting again, we plan on going to the gym at least three times a week. What is the best way to build muscle and burn the unwanted fat I have.
Note: I am 14 am 6ft 2in. and weigh about 170lbs.
lift your desired weight with 4 sets of 12-15 reps. Do 3 exercises for each muscle group per day you work out. Example Chest: push ups, bench press, and incline press. Everyday run or jog or some kind of cardio, and eat right. That means lay off the junk food, and load up on protein. remember when you lift, stretch and spot each other.
