Tubes Workout
What is a good exercise program I can do at home?
I am a beginner but I need to get into shape. With winter coming and limited time, space, and money I am hoping for something with both cardio and muscle building that uses a minimum of expensive or bulky equipment. Something like one of those resistance tube workouts maybe? Anyone have any good recommendations?
I used to go gym room to train my figure especially to build my six pack abs. I went no more now since with my busy day work. I now choose to play with some light workouts at home after work. Mainly with a pair of dumbbells and a stability ball. I found I can get similar effect especially on firming my abs and strengthen my back, chest and arms…etc. I only play with some simple workouts. Hard workouts like sit-ups and crunches I now no longer play with as I found they are really too hard and not too effective. Moreover, they are easy to injure my back and neck. Instead, one of the simple workouts I am always in love to play with is something similar to rock-climbing which can train my abs and back indirectly. It works amazingly! Apart from workouts, I also eat more healther then before. I don’t mean I am on diet and I don’t like that also. I just eat healther to balance with what I get from doing workouts. So far I am happy with this style of exercises and I am enjoying them. I don’t workout everyday because sometimes really feeling lazy a bit, but I could maintain my alert to keep a practice to workout sometimes. Below are some resources you may like to take a look at which I also referenced before. They provide me lots of sound idea on keeping fit, especially for lazy people like me. Some how their tips keep my momentum not to give up. Ok, good luck then!
