Treadmill Tredmill

What are the effects of running on a Tredmill?
I am 15 and this summer I think it will lose more weight. I always seem to lose 10 or 15 pounds, and gain of nearly half again later. I started running in our tape a week ago. I do every day, but when I do run a lot. Today I stayed for the same 110 to 115 min. I walked over 10,000 steps and burned 500 calories. This is the first time I've done because usually remain only 30 or 35 min to im so tired. But how long will it take to see results? Make walking a tone my butt and thighs? Also I am only one person deep. Nobody called me "fat" persay but I really want to lose weight before school starts. I like oranges, grapes, tuna sandwich, ham sandwich, and very often. I stopped drinking soda years ago. Any general tips on what to do? I just want to strengthen my self-esteem before school starts. Thanks
The treadmill is a great tool for aerobic excersize. You're on the right track – go for time rather than distance. The body begins to burn fat until you keep aerobic activity for at least 40 minutes. If you get bored with the treadmill – rotate between that and something else, like your back on the floor and keep the legs moving on a bicycle type motion. Try to raise and lower your torso as you do this type (as situp) – not your hands behind your head, but get his hands up or at his feet. The main objective is to keep your body moving all the time. The key here – to see a significant improvement – is to make this day all the others. On day free, find something else, like a small light weightlifting. If you have a patio, lawn mowing, 2 or 3 times a week, so it should or not. Get a video library of a session of kick boxing. This is a great aerobic activity reduces boredom. Read labels: Trying to eliminate saturated fats and sugar. You'd be surprised the amount of sugar in fruits and nuts. Eat more vegetables – meat (preferably chicken) are not fried. If I were on a desert island and can choose a piece of equipment excersize this would be one of those balls excerise. There are lots of different things you can do with it, aerobics – and toning type excersize. Remember – if you lose your weight, your body responds by desire and storing more food than before. The private reminds metabolism, so he tries to compensate by packing more when you eat. This process takes several months before it is recycled for the new body type. I hope not too confusing. Good luck – God bless you.
