The maximum speed of York T101 treadmill is 13kilometers per hour and it supports up to 120kilograms of body weight. It is ideal for beginners when the treadmill is used together with its motivational preset programs. It comes with 9 different workout programs and 6 user programs that are preset in the system. Users can also opt to manually control the speed and incline levels while using the treadmill. Nevertheless, this model has only 3 incline levels and might not be fit for those who are trying to build up great stamina.
