Treadmill Walking Belt

I own a treadmill and the belt keeps sliding over to one side of the track. How do I keep this from happening
I have fixed the belt by loosening the screw and sliding the belt back over to the middle of the track and tightening it back up. But as soon as you start to walk on it, it starts to slide back over to the side again. What do I do?
There are tension adjustment bolts at the end of the belt on either side. The belt will always ride toward the side that is tighter. If the belt rides t o the right, then either loosen that side slightly, or tighten the left side. Turn clockwise to tighten.
