What does everyone think of the life of fitness trainer of the Cross? Anyone have good results from it?

I have not tried, we have something similar in the club where I work. She looks like a good piece of equipment, be sure to use before buying, too many people buy the equipment and then gathers dust! Make a lot of thinking first! Of all the teams in our club is that they use less. The elliptical trainer (similar, but without the arm movement), the treadmill and stationary bikes are the most used. For some reason, mostly empty, only a little input for you.
