How long should I stay in the tape to see the results in June?
I usually do 1 hour. 3 km / h speed 8 pending. Is this enough or should I work twice a day? Is it better to fill hr. @ All, it once or 30 minutes. here and 30 minutes. there? And one last question: The weights that come w / the tape to really help you in shape?
just keep your heart rate stage of burning fat. and go for an hour twice a day. weights to tone your body
