How do I prevent the vibrations of a treadmill to go through the floor?
I just bought a treadmill and running vibration disturbs The homeowner below me. Could you put a heavy blanket treadmill in the subject or to tarnish the vibration?
Simply use a piece rubber one inch thick under each contact of the tape on the floor. It cancel vibration. Mine works fine with this setup. Happy develop and keep fit!
