Is it possible to drop a dress size in a month?
Basically I’ve got my aunt’s wedding in 4 weeks, and I’m a bridesmaid. The dress I bought is a size too small (on purpose), but where it didn’t zip up in the shop, now if I suck in it zips up (just). I’ve just started at the gym, (on wednesday) and have a membership which lets me swim, use the gym, and do classes. Realistically, I think I’ll be doing 4 or 5 sessions a week, about an hour long each one, and all cardiovascular.
I’m eating about 1200 calories a day. Atm I’m not too concerned about the weight, it’s more the dress size. Is it possible? The dress is a size 12, and my top half is a 12/14 , but the bottom half is more of a 14/ sometimes even 16. The dress does go out at the bottom, so the bottom half fits easily. I’m trying to tone my arms, shoulders and back lots though because it’s strapless… After the wedding I’ll focus on my legs for summer 
Will it make much of a difference? It does just fit, but it would be better to fit comfortably.
A somewhat accurate measurement is 1 dress size=10 lbs. With the diet and exercise, I’m sure the dress will fit fine in a month.
