Stamina Pilates
pilates, kick boxing, rock climbing or yoga?
i was a dancer for 5 years but i stoped in october. now i am feeling “bigger” and i want to start up a work out but i have trouble keeping focused and i hate just sitting there doing nothing. plus i dont have the best stamina… what should i do!
start off with yoga, see how that goes then maybe you can go to Pilate’s then maybe later to something else? all very slowly.
