Stair Stepper
Would you recommend purchasing an eliptical or a stair stepper for a home gym?
just one or the other, which would you choose. Can you tell me the benifits of one vs the other?
or is just running outside better than either machine?????
Elliptical is the answer. Tread meals are good but does not give you a full body workout. I was going to get one myself but when I heard how much a workout the elliptical give yourself, than I’ve decided to get one. Stair steppers are good too but only gives you a workout for your waist down but they are good. Just remember, elliptical machines gives a full body workout. Try both at a gym or friends and see for yourself!
