Is working with a stability ball effective?
I just got myself this stability ball, because it had such good reviews, but now with it being here I’m not so sure anymore. Is it any good? what does it do? Weight loss or toning? And how do you use it?
Yes, that stability ball really does a LOT for you. What’s good about it is it works more than one area at a time, meaning, less time you need to spend exercising! Not only do you do the exercises on or with the ball, but you also build your core strength while you are balancing on the ball and when you strengthen your core it pulls your abs in, makes your back straighter, it really is good. At first it can be a bit awkward, but it does get easier, and if you need, you can brace your feet against a wall until your balance gets better. Check on line for exercises with the ball. I’d give it a go, I really enjoy working with it now. Good luck.
