i have used one. it helps but only if you are dieting properly. take a nap during the day and turn it on and you will benefit. its really a nice feeling
but one thing, if you happen to disconnect it before the timer runs out, dont reconnect it for half an hour or else it will melt itself and leave you a burn. man that was stupid of me
