Pain Massager
I am having left flank pain that is occurring in my sleep. Any clue as to what kind of pain would cause this?
I am a female in my late 30′s that is having pain off and on for about 2 months. I have no pain when I go to bed. By early moring, I awaken to have constant squeezing pain in my back just under my ribs to the left of my spine. I get up from the bed and transfer to a chair and within 30 minutes to an hour the pain is gone and I am able to function. No pain during the day. No change in urinary status. No temp, sweats or chills. The pain also does not occur every night. I have awoken 3 to 4 times in the past 2 months with no pain at all. There is no tenderness to the site. I use to us a back massager in the morning until I realized that the pain would go away without the use of it. There has been no change in my diet or exercise. No weight gain or weight loss. Any clue as to what can cause this kind of pain?
Maybe you’re sleeping twisted somehow? Pay attention (as best as you can) to what you do when you are asleep. Like remember your position in the morning, and pay attention to how you toss at night.
