Calorie Shifting Diet Is One Of The Most Effective Weight Loss Diets
The concept
Weight loss is not about skipping meals and giving up on all your favorite foods. Following weight loss diets need not always have to be extremely challenging task either. A weight loss diet incorporates a balanced portion of every food item in your meal that will help you cut down your excess fat, add no extra adipose layers under your skin and most importantly, do all these keeping you perfectly healthy.

The basis of a weight loss diet is calorie shifting. But then, if you resort to a low calorie or low carb diet plan for losing weight, you will have a tendency to relapse into your old weight pretty quickly. This is because, with these diets your metabolism gradually adjusts itself and thus shedding off weight becomes a very slow process. However, if you combine this diet with regular workouts for processing the calories, weight loss will come easily.
Variation
The most ideal way of calorie shifting is introducing variety in your weight loss diet. Bring variation in your calorie intake with every meal but do this within your set limits of calorie intake. This way your body will never know what to expect from your calorie intake and thus there will be no question of metabolism slow down.
Monitor calorie intake
Proper planning is essential for making your weight loss diet successful. Planning becomes a necessity because you need to plan ahead the different meals you will be taking each new day. For this, you need to have a good calorie guide. This way you can monitor your daily calorie consumption. The minimum intake should be 1200 calories per day when following a calorie shift routine. The maximum for a weight loss meal plan can go up to 1500 calories per day. In between these upper and lower limits you can keep varying your daily calorie intake.
