How do I shorten the length on my adjustable jump rope?
I feel like an idiot but I bought an adjustable jump rope and I can’t figure out how to shorten it to the proper length. I know how to figure out the right length (standing on the middle of the rope, ect) but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to shorten the rope. It’s a Gold’s Gym 3-in-1 jump rope with adjustable weighted handles (if that helps anyone). If it’s a simple answer please feel free to mock me after you tell me how it’s done 
I suppose they don’t know what they are selling. It should have at least some instructions with it if it really was adjustable. But you still can tie some knots into it to shorten the length.
