How to do sit ups on a gym ball?
My gum intrsuctor showed me how to do sit ups on one of those huge gym balls, and my muslces were aching for like a week, so obviously it worked, I tried doing them today in the gym..and nothing. I am positive I am doing them wrong but she wasn’t in for me to ask her to show me again.
Any idea?

you need to have the ball in the small of your back – so your upper body is almost facing backwards -and then you lift your chest and shoulders towards the ceiling. if that’s easy, try keeping only one foot on the ground – this makes it harder to balance, so you engage your core more.
