How to increase my vertical leap more.?
What is the best way to increase your vertical leap. I’m 5’9″ and can nick rim but I want to be able to grab or pop the rim. So I want about 4 more inches. Will a weight vest work or should I do exercises? Whatever it is I am very committed to do it. Thanks

BTW, i already did air alert and gained about 6″
You’ll need to strengthen your whole body and not just your legs. When i was 5’7 i was able to dunk the small balls on a 10ft Rim.
Thing is, i did a lot of cardio, a lot of upper body along with a lot of abs and lower back workouts, and once a week leg workouts such as squats and lunges.
I still do these and im able to dunk with a big ball now, even though i have to run and jump.
