Electronic abdominal muscle toners?
Do these do any good? I am thinking of buying one to supplement a sensible exercise routine, but I’m not sure whether they add any value, or are just a con. Has anyone had good results with these?
Don’t spend your money on gadgets such as these. If as you say you are already have a sensible exercise routine give it time to work.
In addition, if you have a high % of body fat, you wouldn’t see any difference anyway. If you are not already doing some type of walking routine, add some in. Walking is great for all over weight loss and will help firm the thighs and butt.
Try some body scultpting like Pilates, to help form you abs into the shape that you want.
Floor exercises are also great for the abs as well as just sucking them in, holding for a count of 10, then relaxing. Remember to continue to breathe normally while tensing your muscles. If you do this exercise once every hours you will notice a difference and it will also become habit.
