Cycling Gym
im trying to lose weight. I was thinking of joining gym or cycling. Is one better than the other?
I am currently 16 stone (about 210 pounds) and 6 foot. Im trying to lose my belly.
gym membership… on a bike it will take you an hour to burn roughly 300-400 calories, you can do that in 20 minutes on the eliptical. plus, weight lifting helps you burn more calories over a period of time than either cycling or running
