Core Training
how many exercise,reps and sets for my core training?and how many times in a week?
That depends on what your goals are? Do you want lean muscle and more cardio workout or do you want to bulk? More of a cardio workout, do low weight, high reps. Find your max reps you can do comfortably and set up a program based on that. Do the same for bulk just use heavy weight, low rep. Change it up enough to keep your body guessing (use a heavier weight one day then surprise it with a light weight every so often). Variety is good for your body and good for you so don’t get bored in the same routine.
