Core Rhythms – Baby Boomers Love Core Rhythms
Rock on all ye Baby Boomers who want to stay fit, get fit and move sensuously again (or for the first time). Move the flab out and actually find your core muscles with Core Rhythms. The music is so good that I consider it a rival to any ’60′s tunes that got me moving. The beginnings are heart racing, get-your-cardio-up rhythms, and the cool down presents slower, sensuous, feel-accomplished rhythms. Ole! The music builds, sweat flows burning off flab, and the dance workout becomes a desired Baby Boomer action.
Once you start moving with the Core Rhythms DVD’s in your home, your conversations will be more positive. No longer will you find yourself commiserating about how you aren’t working out, although you desperately need to be. You know, the never ending conversation about taking care of yourself. Not. The lightness you discover with the new ability to pull on your jeans without stretching them out first, after they have been in the dryer, is what it’s all about. Lighter conversations too.
Oh, the Core Rhythms DVD’s are really easy to follow. There is a help feature so you can stop the video and get a great breakdown on the move, or just check to see if you are doing it correctly. You also have the choice of dancing to a front view or a back view of the instructors. It’s nice to watch from a different view to refresh your cellular memory. It’s especially nice for Baby Boomers!
