Bender Ball??
I just saw an ad for the bender ball and it seems great! But most TV advertisements seem that way, so I was wondering if anyone has maybe tried it yet (I don’t know how long it’s been out). If anyone can give me some thoughts on this new “bender ball” routine I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
We used this in our 30 minute abs class at the gym. There was a noticable difference within 3 weeks. I love this ball! It was my favorite class because it was the one over the fastest. Give 100% and don’t work your abs everyday you’ll soon see a wonderful change.
