destroyed L.L.bean backpack?
so rumor is going around that if you accidentally bust up your backpack you can either send it or bring it to them in person and they’ll fix it for free, or send you a brand new one. my backpack is pretty much destroyed from top to bottom. meaning, the zippers are broken and one strap got ripped off. could you explain this to me? thanks so much!
and if the whole “free backpack” thing isn’t true, i’ll still get a new one anyways
