How do you get rid of the fat in between your thighs?

i know running will obviously help… but are there any STRENGTH moves that i can do to specifically get rid of the fat in between my thighs? something i can do at home when all i have is an exercise ball and elastic bands and tubing? something that will take affect really SOON!? please please please help! thanks(:

The athletes were attempting to lose weight by wearing these suits while exercising in hot weather. Many additional reports of similar close calls were reported after this news broke. ”

Also, this is from personal experience. Take a dance class! I would imagine not every form of dance will do the trick, but I took ballet and it definetly worked my thigh muscles! Lots of lifting, twisting, turning, ouch! But very good for thighs, all while looking pretty : ) . I typed in “thigh exercises” into Google search and got a ton of stuff so if you want more info on a variety of exercises, I’d suggest hitting up the search engines.
