Does working out with an exercise ball work?
I started using an exercise ball about a week ago to lose weight off my tummy, will I see results soon? Or will it take forever like crunches do?
Yeah it does. I’m a personal trainer at the gym I work at and the ball increases the work you have to do by about 200%, just because balancing comes into play, which gives you a harder time. Doing normal crunches really doesn’t do much for you unless your doing weight training… If you want some results fast, I’d have you do leg throw downs. It’s where you lay down and hold onto your friend’s ankles while they push your legs down and you bring them back up. Just make sure you don’t let them touch the ground. Your ab’s should feel amazing the next day.
But if you want to stick with the exercise ball, more power to ya!
