this one.

before i knew there was this thing (more like…i was too cheap to spend money to buy this thing)…. i ran in tip top in water for 30 minutes a day. now my knees strangely hurt. do u think i can still use this thing? or its ganna be bad for my knee?

I attend Aqua Jogging because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. However we only use the floatation belt. Point being the belt holds you upright so you can jog in the deep end with nothing touching the floor of the pool. The water gives you freedom the belt allows floatation, less gravity and you can move you joints without pain. Therefore, you never get sore knee, ankles, legs, back, elbows, shoulders, nothing is damaged. My only draw back, as I can do more in the water with the floatation belt, things like star jumps, I really do not want to get out, as three steps up and gravity takes over. Best of Luck
