Adjustable Dumbbell
Are there any dumbbell exercises you can do that work your pecs that don’t require a bench?
I just got this adjustable dumbbell set and im trying to work out all of my upper body and some of my lower but i dont want to drop 80 bucks on a little bench just to do my pecs. nor do i have the money. i was just wondering if any more experienced lifters out there knew any. any helps is appreciated thank you.
I dont use a bench either and my pecs are pretty good.
Here are the upper body dumbbell exercises I do:
-Dumbbell floor press (probably your best bet)
-Dumbbell military press
-Overhead dumbbell squats
-Renegade dumbbell rows
-Standing dumbbell rows
-Dumbbell push ups with feet elevated
